YOUR BODY – Spring Training Programmes are ladies only small group training sessions designed to get you moving and grooving into a sexy Summer of feeling flexible, agile, strong, feminine and confident!
Because exercise is imperative for personal wellbeing… and because I love to help women feel good about themselves!
By combining weightlifting, High Intensity Interval Training, Pilates, stretching and weekend cardio you are achieving all the recommended forms of exercise in just 3 hours a week!
MONDAYS & WEDNESDAYS: 5pm or 6pm
TUESDAYS & THURSDAYS: 6am or 7am
SATURDAYS: Walk / Run / Hike (Free of charge – I know how precious your weekends are, so we always discuss these sessions via WhatsApp)

• Healthy Eating Guide & Plan – designed by Registered Dietician and Private Chef, Kelly Scholtz
• Monthly weigh in, before & after pictures, goal setting and advice on body image.
You will be required to sign a contract with A Moment to Move for the duration of your chosen Spring Training Programme. You are under no obligation to continue training once you have completed the programme. However you do have the option to continue month to month should you wish to.

1. Pay for x8 weeks upfront and receive a 10% discount – R1 980
2. Pay for x12 weeks upfront and receive a 10% discount – R2 970
3. Pay month-to-month (every x4 weeks) – R1 100 every x4 weeks
